Refund Policy
We are committed to providing you excellent quality of workmanship and hope you will be very happy with the items purchased. All sales are considered final and we do not offer any monetary return or exchange under normal conditions.

Under certain conditions, items can be exchanged for products of equal or higher value. If you find the product defective or faulty in terms of quality of workmanship, we allow "Conditional Exchange". However you will have to let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Our Quality Assurance Department will investigate by reviewing the product and get back to you. We may offer an exchange or store credit for future purchases in case of any major fault.

However please be aware that customized orders and discounted orders are not eligible for a refund, return, exchange or store credit.

Faulty Items
Purchased goods are only considered faulty if they are received defective or majorly damaged. Damage as a result of normal wear and tear is not considered to be faulty.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please note that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to stock availability. If the same product is not available, you are entitled to store credit for future purchases.

Disclaimer
We try to display accurate colours of our products that appear on our website. However, actual colours of the outfit may vary from the colours being displayed on your device or due to dyeing process. Embellishments, pattis, pipings, laces and buttons may vary depending on availability.

In the rare event that a particular fabric print is out of stock, and another option is available in its place, we will notify the customer in advance.

We do not allow returns, exchanges, refunds or store credit in the above case.
