Return Policy
Orders are final and non-refundable. You may exchange only if an incorrect item has been mailed to you. We can only exchange the purchased items subject to stock availability. Any exchange or returns should be notified to us with one week of delivery. Claims made after this time frame will not be entertained.
Exchange Policy
An exchange will only be entertained in the unlikely event that you have been sent a faulty or incorrect item. Such items will only be exchanged if they are unused and undamaged by the customer. Custom orders cannot be exchanged.
There is no exchange policy if the customer dislikes the product on delivery.
